What does increasing the spraying pressure achieve?
- Increases chance of drift
- Reduces chance of drift
- Increased penetration of product into the sward
- Increases the percentage of coarse droplets
By increasing the pressure on a sprayer, we change the ratio of spray droplets towards the finer end of the nozzles capability and reduce the amount of coarse droplets being produced. By creating finer droplets there is less penetration into the sward and more air bound droplets that will miss the intended target completely.
